Description

A large yard for your pups to romp and play. We are adding in more agility features in the next few weeks. Makes a regular stop on the way to the Hawthorne District (just a block from the Bagdad Theater).

None. We are working on making another walkway via our side-yard for the residents of our home so we do not need to exit the front door (through the dog park) — which can be disruptive to reactive dogs.

We love dogs and welcome your furry kiddos! Our spot is a block from the Baghdad Theater and Hawthorne district. We have a list of dog-friendly establishments in the area. Our covered front porch is a great hangout spot while your dogs play. Our large, corner-lot dog park allows both recreation and exercise time for your pet-a good investment in your dog’s wellbeing. We live on 5 acres about 1 mile from Camp Bonneville. The Sniffspot is a 2 acre pasture with a fenced seasonal pond in the middle. Pasture is fenced with 4 foot field fence with electric wire at the top (not charged), and separate from the house. Front fence borders on 68th St. Plenty of room to run and explore! Let's keep the pasture nice, please discourage digging and pick up after dog. My Border Collie and Mini Aussie will find your leavings (it's a large space, I understand things get missed, it helps to carry poo bags to minimize backtracking). For human exercise... 6 laps around perimeter fence is approx. 1 mile, 6 laps around pond fence is approx. 1/4 mile. If you're coming from Portland, the bridges and 4th Plain traffic can be challenging!
