Then you’ll love our yard- with extra big boulders for the whole family to enjoy climbing or places to rest and listen to the sounds of nature. A few “heads up” about our spot: - the path to get to backyard is a bit steep. 👟Perhaps plan to wear appropriate footwear🙃 -like most places in San Diego there’s a possibility of snakes and we did have a recent sighting, so please use caution - the fencing on bottom right of yard is a different material, but still secure without any ways for pups to get out, but it can at times shift with weather and may be more possibilities for a pup to go under (I try and check often)🌿 - on the bottom left of the yard their are fire stick succulents🌱 on my neighbors property-the sap of these plants are toxic, so best to stay away! -lastly, if you are planning to come on a weekend morning- our neighbors typically play pickle ball at this time which can be a bit noisy and a distraction to some pups- they’re usually done by 11am. You're also welcome to text me to request being notified if time slots open up. Our goal is for Canine Canyon Park to feel like you're visiting an upgraded dog park and not someone's backyard. It is entirely private and safe for a unique, fun and relaxing experience. Our park is situated in a beautiful canyon with no neighboring yards to worry about. We are located in central San Diego, just up the hill from Snapdragon Stadium in Mission Valley, and are easy to access from major freeways including the 15, 8, 163 and 52. Our property is double-fenced, which brings peace-of-mind to our guests. The top patio area, where you will enter and exit, is fully-fenced and secure, as is the lower yard with its own gate. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, on a dead end street. Street parking is always available either right in front of our house or close by. You will have private access through a side gate to our backyard. Dogs love to run up and down the dirt slope in our yard to chase balls and expend their energy. The slope leads to our flat, lower dirt yard which is perfect for your dogs to run free and get their zoomies out! We do have a turf area under the play structure, as well as inside the enrichment area. We provide everything you could possibly need during your visit including lots of balls, Chuck It launchers for fetch, toys, water bowls, a hose, enrichment activities, plenty of seating, shade, a cot for the pups, towels, and more - all of which are included in the base price! We also offer lots of fun upgrades to add-on including a stock pool, pup ice creams, ball pit, bubble machine, puzzle toy bin, and a self-service bath station! We are open for early morning visits starting at 6am, and we have plenty of lighting for after dark visits as well! It is securely fenced. With 2 sides of the fence, standing 6 feet tall, while the other two sides are fenced at 4 & 5 feet in height. As you enjoy the serene surroundings, you might hear chickens, roosters and goats in the distance and catch glimpses of squirrels and hawks. And if you're lucky, maybe even a curious gopher or two. Nature truly thrives here! When you arrive, simply park horizontally next to the fence and enter through our black metal door, which will be open for your convenience. Doggy bags are available for your use, ensuring a clean and enjoyable experience for everyone. We also offer Homemade bug repellent. Feel free to use it, be aware that some of the ingredients may cause irritation/allergy. Ingredients: Rosemary, lavender and citronella grown in our property, lavender and citrus oil, cloves, water, alcohol, organic soap. Two beautiful horses just moved next door!normally we can’t see them but sometime you will hear a “hee” 😊. Please be aware that a lot of ground squirrels live on the property, so there are holes, please dress appropriately when you visit (no heels recommended). We also kindly request that you maintain a distance of at least 5 feet from our neighbor's fence, located at the top end of the property. Our neighbor values their privacy greatly, and we aim to ensure a harmonious environment for everyone. Welcome to our SniffSpot! Our property sits on a 1/2 acre lot and the yard designated for the pups faces a canyon with beautiful hill views. Our property is fully fenced and extremely dog friendly. We also have a fenced pool which you can use as an add-on service for $25 (Sent via Venmo) as long as the owners don’t allow their dogs in the landscaping. Our Sniffspot is clean and spacious allowing for your pups to get a good run in or a swim on a warm day. A MAXIMUM of four people and NO CHILDREN are permitted in our spot.

"This field is huge! My dogs had an amazing time running around and exploring 😍 There is shade under the trees, and the part that wasn't fenced in wasn't an issue for us. If your dogs don't have solid recall, stick to the fenced side. The whole place is so big, you shouldn't have a problem getting a good amount of walking/running in, without coming too close to the un-fenced side. I walked around for about 2 miles, and I'm guessing my dogs probably did twice that 😆 The host was nice and allowed extra time, because I took a wrong turn coming there and was late to my booked time. We will definitely be back."
