Description

Due to rebuilding fences and general maintenance my property has limited use until May 1st. 10 acres of pure doggie fun. A pond, a creek, open fields and nature trails surrounded by natural growth. Secluded but open enough to take in nature. I've lived here for 20 years and I've decided to open up my secret world to a select few. Please note this is farmland and the fences are not secure. Dogs with great recall or dogs on a leash work best.

Extras

Dog Training25 credits

If you are a dog trainer I charge an extra $25. I will meet with you ahead of time and I approve every dog that is brought onto my property for training. There is a $50 approval fee per dog.

Dog training25 credits

All dog trainers must pay $25 extra per dog. I must approve of all dogs being trained on my property. There is a $50, per dog, assessment fee to be completed by a leading expert in canine behavior. If your serious about training on my property or setting up a training package that includes the above prices than contact me.

Additional rules

NO TRAINERS! NO AGGRESIVE DOGS even if they are kept on a leash. One car per dog. One additional car is $5, two cars is $15, three cars $30. 4 cars $100. Don't bring additional cars if you have not paid for them ahead of time. The extra cars will be asked to leave. No exceptions and I will not refund your money.

Hi there! We have a big backyard that my dogs enjoy often. It is fully fenced yard but you could see any pedestrian or dog that walks on the street, about 25 ft away. I have three dogs, two under 20lbs and a 60lb black lab but they will be inside the house at all time during your stay (unless you want a play buddy!). You do not have to pick up after your dog but if you do, you can throw it away at the provided trash can. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Be aware of the Alpaca in the separate fenced pasture above the Sniffspot pasture. There is also a hose at the bottom of the stairs on the north side of the building to rinse off your pup's paws if needed.
