ADDITIONAL Rules: Must provide dog treats/poop bags, toys etc from home or office. Additional costs add up if you want. I can feed if you provide food, treats, etc. Water always available unless you provide your own bowl and certain water. Dogs need to have a meet-greet BEFORE a care/comfort visit. Owner must provide bedding, blankets etc. If appt is more than 4 hours. I will not give your dog human food nor drink. Will allow dog outside on leash only if owner approves. Owner must approve of service day 1 for follow up appts otherwise the spots go to someone else. 5 min drop off late otherwise you gave up the appt. Time. Only nice, trained dogs with or without owner at appt. For my dog history, ask all questions before you leave. Arrive 5 min before your scheduled end time otherwise pay $$ maybe $$$ as I would have to deny a future booking or cancel my next appt and that would not be acceptable. THANK YOU, BRAD 😀

Summer's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Richland

Fully fenced back yard! Entrance gate is at the front of the house to the left. Fence is 6’ along half the front, one side, and along the back. Rest of fence is 4’ along the other side and front of house. The yard is half grass and half concrete patio. In the summer/fall there are persimmon, pear, plum, jujube, and cherry trees to pick from! In our space you’ll have access to two goodie baskets, one for the people and one for the pups. The people basket has hats, gloves, and blankets (in the winter months), snacks, water bottles, hand sanitizer, and dog bags. The pup basket has a couple treat options, a clean water pitcher to refill their bowl, a towel to dry them off, some toys and a brush and nail clippers. You’re more than welcome to bring your own toys and equipment as well! All towels, stuffed toys, gloves, hats, and blankets are washed in hot water and run through a sanitize cycle after each visit, regardless of use. They’re squeaky clean and safe for you to use! There’s seating on the patio and a fire pit available if requested. Please use the pooper scooper/dog bags and garbage can to clean up after your dog before you leave. We hope you enjoy our space!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
