There will be multiple chairs & side tables provided, lots of balls & toys plenty of water, gate right in front yard, My yard is nothing special however I know how it is living in an apartment with dogs!! I have 3 dogs of my own that are pretty quiet, I will keep the drapes closed for privacy. Perfect for reactive dogs also that need some playtime :)

Imagine two miles of perfectly mowed trails where I can explore every interesting scent and sound. There are 20 acres of wild prairie grasslands dotted with trees, and another 20 acres of farm fields, creating the perfect mix of open space and cozy shade spots. It's the kind of place where I can truly be myself and enjoy some real freedom. The Crow River flows along the property, offering fresh water for drinking and maybe a cooling splash on warm days. There's also a charming little pond that would be perfect for a refreshing paw dip or just watching the ripples. With weekend visitors at the Airbnb adding new and exciting scents to discover, every visit promises fresh adventures and interesting discoveries. It's like having a constantly changing outdoor playground! Don't worry, though, the Airbnb guests and the Sniffspot guests never share the space so we will have all the privacy we want. Spend some time on over 30 acres of rolling hills, woods, ravine, mowed paths. This area is used for a paintball playing area and is open when we dont have reservations.

Fenced in backyard on quarter acre available for dogs of all sizes to run. The fencing is reinforced with smaller wire fencing to keep even the smallest of breeds inside the fenced in area. Plenty of squirrels around to chase!

Rookie's Park - 140 Acres of Rolling Hills & Ponds!

This 140-acre retriever training facility is made available to you when we are not training :) It features rolling hills, and several ponds. The main walking area is 80 mowed acres surrounded by ponds. While not fenced in, the neighboring fields are farmland - no houses, dogs, or people in sight. If your dog needs some serious exercise and room to run, this is it!

We have about .5 acres fenced in that we refer to as our dog park. Fencing is chicken wire / hog paneling with a utility gate entry. Two people per dog are allowed. If you would like to bring additional people, please add on a Pawty Package. Make sure to grab a doggy treat bag from the mailbox before you leave :) ***Spring and Summer, we may periodically be outside working or the kids playing.
