Description

Beautiful 2-acre lot with lots of grass and sunshine! A majestic weeping owillow welcomes guests as they enter the front yard. The back yard is fully fenced and has a large flagstone patio with extra chairs, cushions and tables for guests. Banquet tables with tablecloths and additional chairs are available on request for private parties.

*There may be construction and / or lawn mowers nextdoor at a neighbor’s house, depending on the day and time of your visit, we apologize for any inconvenience! The ground is uneven is many areas so please wear appropriate footwear and watch your step! There are other animals in the area: - Deer / foxes etc: please make sure to keep the black iron gate locked after entering and when you leave so that no other animals enter the back yard. - Owls and other birds : not necessarily a hazard but they do make unusual sounds. - Turtles, frogs and other creatures may be in the yard as well. - Close the gate upon entering and exiting the back yard to prevent other animals (deer etc) from entering. - Park at the end of the driveway near the basketball hoops. - Pick up after your pup, there are extra bags available for your use. - If you use the kiddie pool , please pour the water out and refill it for the next guest. - Sometimes heavy rains can cause the water to get muddy, feel free to refresh the water if necessary using the hose. Enjoy!

Hello and welcome to Glen Hills! We are happy to share our yard with you and your canine friends. We work mostly from home so we generally do not meet our guests, but hope that you enjoy your visit. New Spot Sale!! $3 per hour for the first 10 people who make their first reservation. After that, the price will increase over time to $4 and then $5. Let your dog run free in our backyard that has a wooden privacy fence. They can also play or lounge under the shade of our large weeping willow tree. Free street parking in our cul-de-sac. Use of lower decks, and a few lawn chairs, is included in base price. Use of upper deck (with rocking chairs and picnic table) is available for an extra fee ($2). Use of shed in backyard is not an option (it will be locked). Note: As of November 14, our outdoor water faucets have been winterized to prevent frozen pipes. So, one free small bottle of water will be provided per reservation. If you think you will need more than that, please bring water with you (or request a bottle of water as an extra/add-on). We will turn the faucets back on in the Spring.
