Description

We mow a path around and through our 20 acres. During the winter, we pack the trail down with a snow machine. It is a lovely quiet place to walk. The only unavailable space is the 3 acres that we have immediately surrounding our house.

Have a look for deer prior to letting your dog off. Usually they head into the wood line if they notice they've been spotted.

Additional rules

Pick up your dogs poo. Because it is not fenced in, please only let your dog off-leash if they have a reliable recall. We provide 30 ft. long-lines that you are free to use while you are here so your dogs can still run around and stretch their legs.

Fully fenced with 4 foot chain link fence. We do not pick up after our dogs often so if your dog likes chocolate surprises I would keep an eye on them. A million sticks for the chewers. Feel free to hang in the hammock in the back. Hot tub is not open for use unfortunately. I have experience with some behavioral dogs/training so if you want advice with issues you're having with your dog I am happy to meet you during your time to give you some pointers.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
