It's a big place, let them roam. I can show you on the first visit or you can go by yourself. It is fenced on three sides, the NW side has a natural ravine as a border. Be safe and have fun.

I moved to Victorville about 5 years ago and I was looking for a place to live my dogs l couldn't find a good place for my babies so have been thinking about it and one day see the app on Facebook. So l thought l was perfect for me.
Shade with seating. Help yourself to items on the table. Enter through white side gate left of front door. Grass is cut Wednesdays afternoon. Feel free to use the hose for play but not allowed in pool or pool area. Thank you (:

Welcome to our Sniffspot! Our property is located on a sprawling 1-acre land with plenty of space for your furry friend to run around and play. We have a large pool where your dog can take a dip and cool off on a hot day. ( This is an add on). Our property also features a lush green grass area where your dog can play fetch or simply roll around in the grass. If you need a break from the sun, we have a covered patio where you can relax in the shade while your pup runs around. Our Sniffspot is perfect for dogs who love to play and explore in a safe and secure environment. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our Sniffspot!
**UPDATE 11/24/24** We have added a wash/wipe down station for those muddy paws! Plus some doggie cushions for your pup to have a soft spot to relax :). We've also added some additional seating on the opposite end so you can enjoy the yard from a different angle! Please see the pics for details :) **UPDATE 8/27/24** We are adding a log stump obstacle course for our furry visitors!!! Right now there are 9 stumps for your pooch to scale and enjoy. (See last picture) Stay tuned, though!! I'll be adding more as the week goes by!! And thanks to a visitors idea, we will also be adding an A-frame within the week!! I have to build it first ;). Stay tuned!! **UPDATE 7/25/24** We now have low-light solar powered lights installed for those who'd like to visit in darker hours!! Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! My newly renovated backyard of Decomposed Granite, Saint Augustine grass & mulch. The DG is great for dogs to run. We have 2 big trees which with or without leaves, provide shade. We have a hammock and 2 benches so you can enjoy them from anywhere on the property. We also have patio chairs placed at various locations in the yard. There are no plants in the yard. You are also welcome to explore the front yard as well and help yourself to a few oranges. My dogs love playing fetch in the 60 feet of area they can run .
Fresh Air and Lots of Space to run and play! Neighbor does have 2 dogs on his side of the fence.

A fully enclosed beautiful large backyard with lots of space and squirrels to chase around and it's private very quiet a huge avocado tree you may help yourself they are the best in the city it's pure bliss
