4 people maximum. Additional people or dogs is by special request. You may accompany your dog by wading into the pool but but human swimming is prohibited. Excessively barking dogs are prohibited out of consideration for my neighbors. The patio area attached to thebhouse is off limits (but you can use the gazebo by the pool for shade & dining). Please do not allow your dog on or urinate on patio furniture. Poop must be bagged and placed in black trash bin by the gate. Please do not put unbagged poop in the trash. CAUTION!!: During summer months, the dark brown pool coping gets extremely hot until it is cooled with water. Otherwise, it may burn your feet or your dog's paws. Restrooms are NOT available.
