Description

The property is 5 acres and fully fenced but 3 of the 5 acres is perfect for dogs there is a long treeline of 50 or so assorted trees mostly eucalyptus 50 feet high. Plenty of parking, indoor bathroom in our warehouse. We also have 6 miniature goats available for interactions if your dog won't hurt them. But the goats are separated from the area by fencing.

Hazards

You and your dog may get wet as we irrigate our fields with canal water provided by the water district of Fresno county this water is for farming and agriculture and is from the lakes and rivers . We irrigate during the summer months ( so currently) on the 4th and 19th so if you don't want your dog wet and muddy it would be good to text to check the status of the fields. I'm told the dogs really enjoy the water. There is a large trench in the north eastern part of the sniff spot. It will be visible by a long mound of dirt and taller grass around it . This is for dogs to dig and explore but please beware of it
