I've had anywhere from 2 to 10 dogs after getting my first at 11 years old that my grandfather taught me how to train. Since then I've crisscrossed the country with several dogs in tow, couldn't imagine life without them and am honored to be a trusted pack leader not only for my own but for friends, family, and acquaintances.
Hyde park private trail is about a half a mile around the house. Plenty of spots to sit along the way. Perfect for training your pup to walk on/near/adjacent to a trail before you hit the big leagues.
The beautiful 5acre property has it all: beautiful views, scenic diversity and most importantly, space for your fur baby to run!! You do NOT have to pickup your pets waste while on the property unless on any concrete. Check out our plentiful amenities to ensure you both have the most serene experience. Located as the last property in 1.5 from the main road, this location is ultra quiet, has plentiful parking, and will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated from the natural beauty.
This yard is located at a doggy daycare. Our dog yard will be available on weekday afternoons starting at 3 to 5:30, there will be other dogs inside, but they will not be out in the yard with your dog. On weekends there will be no other dogs in the play yard. Behind our play yard is a paved walking/hiking trail that runs along one of the canyons in Los Alamos and is very scenic.

Pull gate open and park by red barn. Enter silver gate on west end into the field. Always close gates behind you. This spot can be rented with or without dogs. I can help you book based on your needs. Call me prior to booking if need this assistance. I want to ensure you a savings. It’s a pasture picnic area. Horses and alpacas are fenced in separate from dog field when reserved. It's best you book for non-reactive or aggressive dogs as the horses and hosts can be seen in the corral area. 2 dogs allowed in this booking. Add more dogs in extras. 2 people per dog allowed in booking. Add more people in extras. No need to have a dog to rent out this spot and relax. Visit with the horses and alpacas or to have a private picnic. Message me for details on how to book in this situation so you are not over charged. Without dog booking: Just book 1 dog visit which pays for 3 people. Then pay for each additional person in the extras. First 3 people are included in booking. The only way I will cancel and refund a reservation is for rain, wind or any situation that may impact safety or damage to the area. I will give you as much notice as possible. My house abuts one of the many canyons in Los Alamos. We've seen foxes, herds of deer, coyote, and bears in our yard. The property is unfenced and the drop into the canyon is steep so a leash - even if it is one of the really long ones for learning recall - is recommended. Given the aforementioned wildlife, evening excursions are discouraged. I have a schipperke of my own. As a pandemic puppy, BearBear is not well socialized yet. If his barkiness is problematic, please kindly let me know and he can go on his on excursion.
