Welcome to “Pep’s place”, Santa Rosa’s premier Sniffspot location. Located in the heart of Santa Rosa “Peps place” offers more than 1.25 acres of fully fenced dog Paradise. Dedicated to our late great German Shepherd Pepper, this was her favorite spot to chase a ball. You will receive the code after booking. Drive in and park anywhere on the gravel road. *summer update* we are in the process of adding a water feature and misters for the hot months!

Hello, we are opening up our pasture for dogs and people to enjoy. We haven't used the field in years and decided to give it a purpose again. * PLEASE KNOW THAT FOXTAILS ARE INEVITABLE DURING SUMMER MONTHS * Please only park in the designated area and just in front of it if you have multiple cars. The ditch can become wet in which you may get stuck. We hope you enjoy! Thank you

Pepper Rd Play Park

A nice flat grassed area for you to exercise your dog. Large area to run or play ball with your dog.Ball launcher available sometimes( My dog is obsessed with it, so when I can sneak it away from her). Or use area for training one on one with your canine. An enjoyable experience noted by all guests visiting!! When you book a time it will just be you occupying the dog park. Welcome!! Sorry, no porta potty available, as it was put there by landscapers while they worked on property. Please do not book the 230pm time slot Mon-Fri if you have a reactive dog. Book the 3pm time slot as I rent the field out to a dog walker who leaves with many cars of dogs around 230pm or slightly thereafter, so that you do not cross paths with one another. Agility equipment area has just been added to sniffspot. Enter through secondary gate within sniffspot.Enjoy your visit!! Sometimes I have time slots available that do not show on calendar. You can message me and see if there is any availability on any particular day that may seem to be fully booked.

Rover's Ranch Run! 2 acre fenced field of sniffs

Fully fenced open field experience to walk, run, and sniff! You will also have a beautiful new shade structure for your use with seating, a table, and water spigot. This open area is great for active pups to get a free run, walk around the perimeter, or fetch super long ball throws! Your pup can jump on the large boulders and run to their hearts content. Perfect for off-leash training. Large oaks line the East fence and a winter swale will have water after it rains. Beautiful sunsets to the West over the vineyards, Mt. Jackson and the Coastal Range. Neighboring properties have horses, sheep, cows, and dogs. Please discourage your pup digging around the pavilion and trees. Parking is at the top of the property. Regular visits are limited to 5 dogs and 2 cars. Should you want to gather a larger group for a Breed Meetup or Birthday Pawty, please see the extras listed or message us for more options. The Gulch Pool

Welcome to our dog pool! Yup, that’s right, we designed this pool specifically for dogs!!!! We have 3 large benches that accommodate dogs of all sizes (some benches are more shallow/deeper than others), plus a step that goes all the way around the pool for dogs to walk on. In addition to that, we have a step in the deep end that makes it easy for the dogs to get in and out of the pool! We also have bubblers inside of the pool (the dogs go crazy over these) and then outside of the pool we have fountains that shoot into the pool! This is literally a dream pool for dogs and dog owners! The pool is surrounded by artificial turf and a gorgeous view! We can’t wait for you to check out our pool! Please note, this spot is right next to our home, we too have dogs and they can be seen through our windows!
