Welcome into our yard, we would love to have you as a guest! The size of space is unprecedented in Seattle. It is a large space fully fenced. Water, garbage, seating, rain cover, toys, hand sanitizer, etc. provided. We have recently installed a few barriers to help with neighbor dogs barking and areas under remodel. Our yard though is always in use and evolving. CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET AND YOU IS REQUIRED! NO DIGGING Please see additional information with what to expect before booking.

*it is important to note we do have wild rabbits enter our yard, for most who live in the area you probably see them everywhere. While we do our best to keep them out they may end up in the yard or you may see evidence of their being there. *we recently installed some small fencing to help with the neighboring dogs barking (based on past customers experiences) feel free to open the little gate and use the space just know the neighbor dogs will react to your presence. * We have a very active house so there may be people coming and going, you will be left alone unless you message us there is an issue. *we are also a family that uses our yard and I am an active gardener so you may see gardening items or things within the yard but nothing should be at inhibiting of your yard usage. Landscaping wood chips do migrate in the yard at times *we use cardboard as weed barrier and grass removal in some areas, we pull the tape and labels as it sets but there may be debris at times. * doggie bags, pooper scooper and garbage are out for use. Please clean up after your pet and you. *there are dog toys and human essentials out for use. Please return them to their boxes. * we also installed some barriers in these areas but for safety avoid behind the big shed, under the deck and under the back area of the gazebo as this is used for storage or in process of remodel. But feel free to sit in the gazebo or any chairs. *NO DIGGING *feel free to park in driveway or along fence. * finally please message if there is anything not taken care of from a previous guest or any other issues. Hi there! We have a big backyard that my dogs enjoy often. It is fully fenced yard but you could see any pedestrian or dog that walks on the street, about 25 ft away. I have three dogs, two under 20lbs and a 60lb black lab but they will be inside the house at all time during your stay (unless you want a play buddy!). You do not have to pick up after your dog but if you do, you can throw it away at the provided trash can. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
