Hi! I live on almost 6 acres. It’s too much for me so I would love to share it with the community and offer to allow dogs to run and play in the field, creek and pond.
We are Back, just in a new location. (We used to be Tobyland in White Pine). We have a fully fenced almost half acre. There are 2 areas you can park, near the house and walk down the steps or just outside double gate. Plenty of room for your small pups or large dogs to run and play. Water & electric near the garage door. We have some amazing sunrise and sunset views of Douglas Lake and the Smoky Mountains. *Please note: at this time we do not have an available restroom due to home renovation. There are convience stores about 5min east & west of us on Hwy 139. Thank you for your visit! 😊👍
Our space give you and your pup(s) freedom to enjoy nature, trails, and a creek without running into any unexpected visitors. No other people or dogs will be on the property while you’re here.
Greetings, Our mission is to provide a secure and clean environment for the ultimate sniffing and play experiences for your pets. Our yard is designed to minimize the risk of spreading kennel cough or respiratory diseases. Nestled in the heart of West Knoxville, our property features a dog friendly pool with a large securely fenced yard. Upon securing your booking, you'll receive a remote for the gate on the lower drive. Please be patient as the driveway gate opens; then, feel free to drive through and park anywhere. Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a paved path to the pool and upper deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀. Also be sure to teach your dogs to use only the stairway to enter and leave the water to preserve our pool liner.! 😜 Please allow a few minutes toward the end of your stay to do basic cleanup for the next user. This spot in South Knoxville has 34 acres for your pups to roam! Property has 5-6 flat acres and then the rest are moderately wooded hills to get all your pup's "zoomies" out!
Beautiful fully-fenced backyard available to those who would like to enjoy it! Brand new fencing done in November of 2024 ensures a secure perimeter. Chairs, dog toys, dog treats, poop bags, wifi, and human snacks/drinks all included. We would love to see you and your pet at our sniff spot!
Here there is enough space for running around and chasing the ball! Large dogs are welcomed, but I believe this spot is best suited for small to medium sized doggos! Directly outside of the fence is a table and some chairs. The table should stay in place, but chairs are welcome to be moved so long as they are put back. Parking is available in front of my house on the street. Warnings: - There is a grated drain at the bottom of the backyard! Use caution around that area. - In effort to help pollinators, most of the grass is short, but I don't cut it along the perimeter. - Security system is in use with a camera, however, I respect your privacy so long as you respect mine! :)
So much prettier during warmer months. A hose is available during warmer months. Located less than 2 miles from interstate 40. You can see where the van is parked in the picture near the well house. So plenty of parking.
Need a place for your pup to run without fear of taking off or running into other dogs? We have just the place. Our private back yard offers a large open area for you & your dog to hang out and burn off some energy! With a wood privacy fence on two sides, and no neighbors behind us, this yard is great for reactive doggies too. Patio furniture, swing, & hammock stand available for use, as well as WiFi. Off-street parking in driveway with side entrance to the yard. Our neighborhood is a wonderful dog walking neighborhood. Start or end your hangout with a nice walk too! We will come & go from the house but will not disturb you unless you’d like to chat. Unfortunately, we do not have access to a restroom for this location.
You can park right in front of the gate or beside the gate along the fence line. The spigot works , it just takes a second for it to come up.
