Description

This is a package of two different areas in the same property. The first one is fully fenced, 2 acres. Only includes cut grass and shaded areas, plus a small place to sit with your doggos. Second area is not fenced and includes two ponds that your dogs can go into, about 2 acres as well. There is tall and short grass there. Pricing is for access to both on the same day. Will require an agreement form with our general policies to be submitted by the time you get here. Happy to host!

Additional rules

There are two areas to choose from, let me know which one you prefer. A form with our general policies will have to be submitted from your part before you arrive. Your doggo or doggos must be leashed up until the entrances of either area. After that, it is up to you whether to keep them leashed. Further policies will be on the form you submit.

Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. Complimentary snacks, coffee & hot chocolate available at the coffee bar and cold drinks in the refrigerator. This is a secure, welcoming space designed to give both dogs and owners a fun, comfortable visit. Our yard is flat with a big tree to shade some of the yard, but still leaving a lot of room for your pup to sun bathe and play. On side of our fence is chain linked so pets can easily see into the other yards but is secure. The neighbor to our right does have dogs who may bark some, but there is a normal wooden fence and a chain link fence, so they will not be visible. For humans, we will provide a couple lawn chairs so you can relax. If you need any water or a restroom just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.
