This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Welcome to our fully-fenced, large back yard. It is partially wooded in the back - feel free to grab sticks to toss with your pups, but beware of the mosquitos - we provide bug spray, but this is Texas! We have a covered patio with seating as well as a deck that has two gazebos. The uncovered portion of the deck does get quite hot in the summer, so please be careful. We have a fun turf area and rock box for your human kids to play in as well. Feel free to use the fire pit while your dog runs around, with reservations of at least two hours.

Our yard has a little elevation that adds fun and helps tire out pups without being too steep. There is plenty of open space for running and exploring, plus lots of toys available to keep the play going. Purified water is provided for dogs at no cost (bring your own bowl if you are particular), and bottled water is available for humans as well. If you would like, our own trained one year old pup can join in the fun. He is playful, friendly, and full of energy, making him a great playmate for visiting dogs. For humans, we have a covered patio with a personal air conditioner to keep you cool, WiFi for staying connected, and even a TV with Apple TV if you want to watch a show or play music while your dog enjoys the yard. We keep the space well maintained and safe since it is also where our own dogs play. We handle cleanup for you, so you do not need to worry about picking up after your pup. This is a secure, welcoming space designed to give both dogs and owners a fun, comfortable visit.
