We have 2 a male black lab. He will always be inside or leashed when outside. Since he get “excited” by others, we plan to avoid park when it is in use. Many people walk their dogs on our road. Usually they are leashed but sometimes they are not.

The park parallels a dead end dirt road that people enjoy walking on. We have a large lawn and gardens we maintain and we most likely will be working outside during the weekends but we will try to avoid park area when in use. Farmer mows fields and bales hay periodically. We cannot guarantee when this will occur.

Description

New, fully fenced half acre mowed field. Plenty of space for your dog(s) to stretch their legs and get out all their zoomies! Plenty of toys, drinking water and places to investigate! Fence is 4ft high with wooden footboard. Fence is welded metal…..Your dog(s) will be safe and contained. Park located ~1 mile down a dead end dirt road with minimal car traffic and moderate pedestrian traffic. West side of park parallels road with a steep bank and ~15ft separating it. To the South is hayfield and our house is to the North. Our house is ~30ft from North side of park, but fully visible. To the East, enjoy views of Georgia Mountain and Mount Mansfield (in Winter months). Pooper scooper, poop bags, hand sanitizer and receptacle available but please pack in pack out all other trash. We would love your input! Wish we had something? Something not quite right? Let us know!

We enjoy pups, having a pair of our own, they will be kept inside during your visit. The field is brush mowed, only one gate entrance (left corner looking from barn), bench and refuse bin provided. Even if you are not someone who enjoys the cold, the forms of frozen water that we get here in the snow belt are unable to be described.
