We are located behind a full service veterinary clinic, Brookeside Veterinary Hospital off Warren Road in Ann Arbor, MI. There is aa 0.25-0.5 acre fully fenced location and a 3-5 acre parcel, unfenced, with paths cut through long grasses on rolling hills. You can use either space during your rental.

I run a pet sitting business out of my home and frequently have other friendly playful dogs over. I can keep them in, or I can let them out for extra play time and exercise. The yard is maintained weekly, and no weed killer, fertilizer, or pesticides of any type are used.

Pooper scooper and small trash can is provided 🚮 3) No digging anywhere, even if it appears to be bare or an available hole. 4) No smoking 🚭 Be sure to walk all the way to the back fence to see our Heritage "Grandmother" Oak Tree that's over 200 years old! Welcome! We are excited to share our yard with you and your dog! This is a 0.25 acre rectangle of flat land with lush cut grass. Bring your dog(s) to run, play or train. We provide dog water, a few toys, shelter and shade. There are cable spools, weave poles, a tunnel and a jump for your dog to use for confidence building and exercise! UNAVAILABLE until 8/1 💦 splash pad available for the season (June-September)! 💦 NOTE: This time of year, mushrooms grow in our yard after rain. These are standard lawn mushrooms and should not pose a threat to your dog other than the possibility of an upset tummy should they eat a lot. Welcome! We are working hard to make our peaceful, quiet 12 acres into a beautiful park. You are welcome at any time, day or night, to walk, run, bike, ski or snowshoe with your dogs. We no longer have any pets-- no more dogs, horses, chickens, or other livestock. We are often visited by deer and groundhogs. Although we have 12 acres, the house and barn are in the middle of it, so you may see the house from many areas during your visit. Usually, we are working inside or we are away and we keep most of the curtains closed. We may use the driveway or receive a delivery. Future plans include clearing the West trails, planting more evergreens, and making an indoor play space in the barn. Our park will continue to improve -- it is a work in progress! We took lots of pictures and will continue to add them. We want you to know as much as possible about the site before you come here for your visit. We welcome your suggestions on how to improve.
