Welcome to Dog Haven! We are a dog-loving family excited to share our huge fenced backyard with fellow dog enthusiasts! Our spacious yard is designed to be a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. Whether you have a playful pup or a seasoned canine companion, this is the perfect spot for them to run, play, and socialize. Our family adores dogs and knows how much joy they bring, which is why we’ve created a space where your furry friend can truly have fun. We’re in the process of building a range of dog obstacle courses, from tunnels and ramps to weave poles and jumps—everything your dog needs to explore, exercise, and challenge their agility skills. Whether your dog wants to practice tricks, learn new skills, or just burn off some energy, they’ll have a blast here! You can rent the yard for an hour or the whole afternoon—it’s up to you. It’s the perfect spot for playdates, dog birthday parties, or just a regular day of fun! Safety is our priority, so rest assured that our entire yard is securely fenced, and we keep it well-maintained to ensure a clean and safe experience for all. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD 16 acres with 2 open field/play areas. Right now, the field in back of the house is open for use only. It includes the paddock area and all the open space to the right of it, down to behind the pines in the back. There is a shallow creek in the back right corner, in season.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a field and ground is uneven, it is not a manicured lawn. The area in the forest is mucky. PARKING: Do not enter house driveway, there is a private parking lot by the field. The perfect place for your canine companions to have a great time. Our park is located in a beautiful natural setting, with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. We believe that every dog deserves a safe and fun environment to play and exercise in. Our dog park has a 2 acre 5 foot fenced-in play area that has an open area for running and a small forested area that is great for sniffing. There are some obstacles to explore , an area to play fetch and run free, and a waste disposal station. Some sun , some shade and lots of room to run, sniff and explore. Enjoy clean, fresh air while your dog romps, and explores . There are natural roots and rocks in the field, some brush and a large flat grassed area. It is a field so the ground is uneven. Whether your dog loves to sniff and stroll, do zoomies, climb obstacles or play fetch there are options for all. There is parking for up to three cars, with access directly off the road. We take pride in maintaining a clean and well-managed park, so please remember to clean up after your pet and follow our park rules. Trails are groomed in the winter as snow and width allows but snowshoes available by request. Groomer also goes around a large field. In the summer there is lots of dirt to dig in and a shallow creek Leash or excellent recall, please! May see deer, turkeys and hares. Cameras on property for safety from driveway to trailhead

We live on a beautiful farm on the Mississippi River in the middle of Arnprior, Kinburn and Pakenham. Enjoy the quietness of the country with our very private dog park! Our field is fully fenced with 6' chain link fence, including a double gate to ensure that no dog can ever escape. Water is available for the dogs, and seating is available under our beautiful trees in the shade for you. As the fall starts to get colder and winter is upon us, we do plan to stay open for the winter. We plan to snowblow parts of the field so that there is a path when the snow gets super deep, and we’ll try to keep the area directly beside the barn clear for you. This is our plan… we’ll see how it works out in reality. :) If you have snowshoes, it may be a good idea to bring them some days depending on how much snowfall we’ll get. There is a bench around the tree on the far hill for you to sit on if you like. There are very few distractions here so it is a great space for play and/or training.
