Swim pool hour 1.$10

Let your pups swim! 1-2 dogs. 2 people max in the pool. All others will be charged Please make sure you adhere to pool rules: Dogs must be brushed or hosed off before entering pool. If they go into backyard they must be rinsed off again before entering pool. I prefer swimming dogs to be contained in pool area so that this can be managed. I’m trying to avoid grass clippings and dirt clots in the pool as i often have back to back guests. The hair is hard on my filter

You may use the outlets on the table or on the pillars. There is a small mini fridge that you may use if you would like to keep your drink cool. 2 gallons of filtered water will be provided for the dogs along with a clean/sanitized water bowl. Dog splash pad is available upon request for an extra fee. No towels are provided. All dog water bowls and toys are cleaned and sanitized daily and/or after every use. I have a 3+ acre piece of property behind the Hobby Lobby on Sawdust Road. Park in front of the blue cargo container building and walk around behind the silver building. Always call before you make a reservation to avoid conflicts. This is a multipurpose venue, and we may have other rentals schedule. You and your dog are welcome to wander the 3-acre unfenced backlot (leashed or unleased) behind the Epic Mancave. We are part of the Epic Creative Co-Op, and home to The Woodlands Art League. This will be a fun place for both you and your dog. I only allow 1 owner at a time on the property. I am a professional photographer and also offer studio and outdoor pet portraits.
