Additional rules

You may park your car on the opposite side of the street since there is no parking allowed on our side.. Feel free to have a seat on the swing or at the table and chairs. Please do not use our trash bins for your trash. Please make sure dog droppings are picked up and disposed of in the small metal trash can with a lid. It will be next to the air conditioner unit next to the house in the backyard. Be sure BOTH gates are closed when you leave. No smoking on our property. Side note: our next door neighbor is deaf. I just don't want you to think he is ignoring you if you say hi to him. He's very nice. You dog may walk in the garden and explore. If you see your dog digging or breaking stems please encourage them to come out. Our dog loves walking and running through.
