Description

This spot is just under 1 acre of fully fenced natural desert lanscape. There is plenty of open space as well as creosotes for the pups to sniff. Shade tree around, along with a small grass patch. Porch area has seating and watering bowls for pups as well as dog beds and toys.

Additional rules

We require ALL dogs have proof of vaccination or titter, this if for the safety of my pets who use the yard as well as other visiting guests. We have other animals, so I need to know when you are actually enroute to ensure they are put away so your pet may enjoy the space unimpeded. We have chickens in a coop that are very used to dogs, but we do ask you please don't let your dog get too excited in that area (basically no digging or lunging at the coop😉), digging is allowed in other parts of the yard. To reiterate, BEFORE ENTERING side gate, please confirm via text or call to ensure the space is free and safe to enter.🐾

Fully Fenced Yard with Grass and Pool near Swan and River

Private, central spot for your dogs to play, with lots of room to roam and chase their favorite ball! It has a small grassy area which is dormant in the winter and healthy and green in the summer. The swimming pool is available in the summer (and is nicely shaded with a shade sail - pictures will be updated in the summer), but is not heated or kept clean in the winter. Please do not let your dog dig. Have fun!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
