Our peaceful, private and beautiful 100+ acre farm is a haven for dogs and their human companions alike! Acres of open fields, trails through the woods, and a lovely valley with a stream meandering through are all that await you and your four legged friends! Maps and descriptions, along with a cooler containing snacks and water are provided upon your arrival. It is gorgeous out here in all seasons- plenty of shade in the summer, and wide open spaces for dogs to run free. So much to enjoy and explore here- come and see for yourself! Note: we do have 2 geese which may be heard somewhat in the distance. However, you will not see them nor any other domestic animals while here, since the Sniffspot is quite far away from the homestead.

We have a newly paved driveway to park in or street parking, whichever you choose. There are 2 gates to access the yard. The fence is a 6 foot tall privacy fence! We have a newly renovated deck with a nice patio furniture set. I love to garden and always have beautiful flowers on display. We also have a nice hammock and swing to relax on. Our yard does have hills but can still be easily walked around. The hills are great to tire out your dog while playing fetch and having them run up and down! We have a hose that can be used for water. We are happy to provide dog treats, toys to play with, and doggy bags for clean up. We cannot wait to host you and your pup!

Molly would like to invite her fellow canines to her woodland experience. This 2 acre property is situated in a quiet hollow. There's a lot for a dog to do while visiting; we have swimming, hiking, animal sightings, and more. One of Molly's favorite things to do is swim in the creek that runs through the property, there's even a small beach where you can dig and play after swimming. There's a large wood pile and downed trees all over that you can climb on. Sometimes a fox or deer will visit the woods when your outside. Your humans can use the fire pit while you explore the woods & creek. Come to this exciting & relaxing experience .
