We offer a farm setting open field with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Private fenced parking area off the street. Enter off 248 Street at 5245 248 Street. Our park is fully fenced with both big and small dogs in mind. We have added a permanent shelter from both sun and shade complete with a picnic table and seating for you. There is a play structure to keep your kids busy. WINTER PROGRAM STARTS NOVEMBER 1ST. NO WATER Available. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN. THE EQUIPMENT IS PUT AWAY FOR WINTER. This is a safe place to run your dog and play but none of the equipment will be out. We open to the summer program April 1st. We provide a pooper scooper. We compost waste so no bags needed. Just scoop and put into the provided bucket. Please do not leave your plastic poop bags here. We have no way to dispense of it. There is plenty of room to play ball or practice obedience. We’re A & C, and this is OUR dog park! 🐶🐾 We’re 8 and 9 years old, and we LOVE dogs—so we turned our big front yard in Surrey, BC into a private dog park! It’s fully fenced, grassy, and gives dogs a space to run, sniff, and play. This is our very own business, and we’ve been learning how to manage it and take care of the yard ourselves (with a little help from our family). Our yard is part of an **old horse farm**—it used to be a grazing and riding yard! So while it’s open and spacious, it’s also **natural, rugged, and real**, not landscaped or picture-perfect. Over time, lots of paws wore down the grass, so we took a few months to fix it up, reseed it, and get it ready for more fun. Medium Yard for Dogs in Coquitlam (No Escape Artists!)

Figured I'd give this a try since I have such a nice, big, relatively unused backyard! I'm describing it as medium to be conservative, it's about 2500 sqft, give or take. Newly planted fruit trees around the perimeter of the yard along with other fruiting plants including a monstrous blackberry bush that straddles the adjacent property. Warning that there may be spiky vines on the edges of the property! But other than that, it's a wide open backyard, with some late day shade provided by the pine trees. The fence is a classic metal chain link, with only the entrance to the yard (more of a baby gate) and one divot in the back that a crafty (but small) canine could squeeze through (I've only ever seen cats use it tho), which is why I titled it "No Escape Artists!". Otherwise with the picnic table provided, it's easy to grab a seat, play with your pets, or just let them explore while you chill! Whole yard is in eyesight (except under the Pine trees). Hope to see your furry friends!
