Welcome to our 2,500 sq ft fully fenced backyard — a safe and spacious spot for your pets to run, play, and relax! With two gate exits and plenty of room to roam, it's perfect for energetic pups and peaceful hangouts. The space features a cozy fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and a two-seat high-top dining table — perfect for unwinding while your pet explores. Hibiscus trees give the yard with a lovely scent, and citronella plants help keep bugs at bay. (In the summer) Guests have access to an indoor bathroom most days. Please note that the yard is currently being seeded, so it may be muddy after recent rain. Our family doesn’t use the space, and we’d love to see it enjoyed by happy pets and their people. Come let your furry friend have some off-leash fun in a backyard made just for them! Please note: There is a small gap between the house and the fence near the AC unit, so we recommend supervising curious pets in that area. There are also some existing mole holes in the yard, so please watch your step while walking through!

Additional rules

-Clean up after pet every single time, deposit bags in the brown trashcan out front. -Water Bowl will be on the back porch, feel free to refill inside the back door. -The back door leads to a bathroom that's locked from your side, use it as you need. If the door is locked, then it's unavailable (occasionally on the weekends) -When you park in the driveway, the gate will be right behind the carport. -Warnings: There's a small gap by the AC unit and the house. There are also a lot of mole holes so just watch where you walk!
