Hello Everyone, Thanks for reaching out! We will be happy to welcome you. There is some information for you. 1a- You can use the driveway to park your car if its not occupied. But also there is free street parking. Please enter through the GATE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE - please see pictures for location. 1b- Please keep dog’s leashes on upon entering and exiting the spot. 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a water hose and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would be appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. IMPORTANT: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHEN ENTERING AND EXITING THE SNIFFSPOT, AND THE LEASH SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN EASY REACH FOR QUICK ACCESS. Beautiful 2-acre lot with lots of grass and sunshine! A majestic weeping owillow welcomes guests as they enter the front yard. The back yard is fully fenced and has a large flagstone patio with extra chairs, cushions and tables for guests. Fully fenced, very private, approximately 2/3 of an acre spot in an Alexandria neighborhood. Our yard is unique and has some flat, but mostly hilly wooded areas that are fantastic for any dogs looking to burn off some energy chasing squirrels or sniffing around! Relax and bring a picnic at our outdoor table or couch seating areas while your best friend has the time of their lives! I have 2 dogs who are typically away at doggy daycare from about 10am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday. They are home on the weekends and before and after doggy daycare. They are friendly but will likely bark. We also have an indoor/outdoor cat who we will keep inside during any reserved times. Note: we do have a pool in an enclosed area but ask we that dogs stay out of the pool area.

A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). Be sure to tag us in your posts on Instagram @zarassniffspot You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were.
