55Absolutely beautiful spot! My girls had an amazing time running free and frolicking in the river. 💕 host communication was perfect! Highly recommend.
55Beautiful spot
55Gorgeous quiet and extremely clean farm with an enormous well-built indoor arena (with screens on the windows and tons of overhead lighting for evening play dates). The arena is perfect for off-leash play, training and great for mental stimulation for dogs who like to check out smells. A river walk along the fence line in the back of the farm was perfect for a summer dip. Cynthia was very responsive to messages, questions, was very friendly and welcoming to Taj and I. We will definitely be back!
55Cynthia’s is a wonderful sniff spot. Huge clean safe arena. And the river walk is lovely. Cynthia was a great host…… Emma and Skylar will be returning frequently! Imagining this is the best of the best!! Thank you Cynthia.
55Cynthia was very welcoming and so sweet! Everything was beautiful and she explained everything we could do and go to in detail! My golden retriever loved the open barn we were there all on our own and he loved every bit of it!
55The indoor space is huge with lots of room for our reactive dog to run around. Beautiful area too.
55Cynthia’s place is absolutely beautiful and she is such a kind and gracious host. I was running late for the hour I booked and she so kindly encouraged me to stay for the full hour, since no one was booked after me. The river walk was amazing and the pups are totally worn out after running around in the indoor space!
55Went with my friend and it was the best way for my reactive dog to play with her best friend without worry of other dogs on trails and the barn gave us the space and safety to allow them to run free with no worries it was the best play the two have ever had
55Dogs had a blast in the indoor space and along the river. Great training opportunities with horse exposure, too. We’ll definitely be back!
55I didn’t bring the proper footwear. The fields are muddy right now, but that was OK because we could hang out in the indoor arena, which my dogs love doing, running up and down, mainly because my one dog is not off-leash trained, so he does not get to enjoy running around outside, but the indoor arena gives that freedom to him

First time guests use code PUPTOPERF for a $10 discount! Returning renters can use code TRAINYERDOG for a discount too 😉 if you plan on renting regularly consider purchasing a Sniffpass! To access the agility field: Please follow the driveway straight back past the detached garage. There is a gravel road to take you back to the sniffspot. Please park along the fence line of the field in the grass- do NOT park on the gravel road! *If you have never taken agility classes or competed in agility before, please message me and we can set up a time for a private lesson to ensure the safety of you and your dog! Puppies under a year should not be jumping too high or too repeatedly, and the larger pieces of equipment are dangerous for a dog to dismount improperly. And please, no humans on the equipment!* If you move or change the heights of any jumps, please put them back how you found them before you leave! Do not move any of the larger pieces of equipment (weave poles, dogwalk, a-frame, or teeter). AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Please potty your dogs outside of the agility field! Keep your dogs leashed for safety as it is not fully fenced outside of the agility field and keep your eyes peeled for poison ivy! Please stay out of the neighbor’s property and out of the fenced in yard close to the house. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing pokey on you or your dog’s path! Be nice to the neighbors! And have fun!
