We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. The pool is open and ready for pups to swim. **Four person maximum per visit.** No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the property during Sniffspot visits.

Does your dog have the zoomies? Bring him to my place and let your fur baby run around and get the zoomies out. I have 3 pasture sections that they can use to run and run and run and run and run! I am about 1.5 miles from route 283 so if you are traveling and need a sniff spot, I am right here! I just added a very basic wash station.

Park in our driveway and explore the woods with your pup. Our trails are often muddy, especially when it’s been rainy, so come prepared. We are sure to keep our dog, Rosie, inside during your visit!

Playful Pups Retreat SniffSpot Play Yard

Our SniffSpot Play Yard is fully fenced in with a 6ft tall wooden privacy fence. We have 19 wooded acres with our boarding facility being located at the South end of our property, the owners personal residence in the middle and our private SniffSpot play yard at the North end of our property. We do have a nice walking trail that meanders through our property but please be aware that our Playful Pups Retreat Staff may be walking overnight boarding dogs on the trail during our business hours. There is a container with a few toys to play with inside the SniffSpot yard but we do suggest bringing your own toys. Please bring poop bags and clean up after your pet. Please take bags of poop with you or stop at Playful Pups and dispose of it in one of our outdoor trash receptacles. FOR NOISE SENSITIVE DOGS! PLEASE BE AWARE WE DO HAVE A GUN CLUB NOT FAR FROM THIS PLAY YARD. DEPENDING ON THE DAY THERE MAY BE GUNFIRE.

Roulette's Retreat

Roulette's Retreat - in honor of our dog who we lost to cancer. Conveniently located near Route 74 and Route 30. Fully fenced with 5ft chain link - the neighbor does have one dog that may be outside. The fences are over 10 feet apart. Small, simple yard with enough room for zoomies & fetch. The concrete patio in the backyard has a table and chairs with a shade sail over it. Small kiddie pool, food/water dishes, poop bags, and towels available for use upon request.

Pooch Palace - Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Mechanicsburg

Come hang out at the Pooch Palace! Where you can relax, sit, stay, play, and sniff to your heart’s desire. Our only rules are have fun, play nice, be safe, clean up after yourself, and keep the gates closed!

Please...be sure pups know how to swim to the steps and do not try to climb out the side, scratching/damaging the lining. Please, no dirty paws on the furniture and no smoking. NO FRIENDS WITH DOGS ALLOWED UNLESS THEY BOOK THROUGH THEIR OWN ACCOUNT! No exceptions! This is a liability & safety issue for all involved! If you show up with more dogs and people than on your reservation you will be asked to leave! Tell your friends to setup an account and submit ALL CURRENT VACCINE RECORDS TO SNIFFSPOT! Message me for pricing. **You must clean up after your dog!! I cannot scour 2 acres in between visits to ensure nothing was left behind. This property is 6.5 acres with a 2 acre fenced in yard. 5 minutes off Pennsylvania turnpike and interstate 83. Quiet setting back off a dead end road. A 4 acre meadow is in back if you’d like to use it but it is outside the fence. Nothing but woods beyond that field. Toys & water if I’m home. Or join our membership for even more peRks!You are welcome to sit by the fire ring or on the shaded swing while your pups run. Please keep dogs off the porches. My dogs see them and go crazy. I sometimes have guests with dogs who compete in agility trials. I will ensure their dogs are inside during your visit. A hose for water is out back by the porch. Behind the house is fenced, the other portion of the yard is open and flat but is not fenced. The field portion can see the road and people walking as well as sheep across the street. I have chickens inside an electrified fence by the barn.
