Description

Full use of 2 fire pits, screened in porch with doggy door. Lighting, conhole, outside umbrella table, chairs, large garbage can, smoking ashtrays in screened in porch, doggie bags, wifi, water hose, large powerful fan in screened porch. Parking at garage. I also have an even bigger non fenced front yard with a tie out and a sitting porch to watch pets if interested

If you've been before, we now have a shady area for sitting! Just over 1 acre of open space to let your dog(s) run and play. Secure 6ft steel post privacy fence around the entire perimeter with no holes/gaps. Seating for relaxing while your dog(s) run, and clean water bowls and toys are provided. First $25 profit from our Sniffspot goes to the Joplin Humane Society every month! My yard is inviting to all dogs that need some exercise and free time off the leash. This spot is geared for medium and small dogs although large dogs have visited also. It's roomy and completely fenced with plenty of fresh clean water. I provide tennis balls, frisbees, sticks and other toys for your dogs enjoyment. Don't bring your dog poop bags. I have pooper scoopers and a trash can that you're welcome to use to keep the yard clean. There are chairs, table and an umbrella for the owners to relax and watch their dogs play.
