***REDUCED PRICE! Is it our imagination, or are Sniffspots getting more expensive? To help save you some cash, we have just lowered our price to $3/dog---because we do this for the love of dogs, not money! Happy Hounds is a big, fully-fenced (6ft) yard perfect for fetch and exercise. We offer toys, dog treats, seating for humans, and plenty of space for off-leash zoomies! A "puppy pool" (kiddie pool) is available upon request (May through August) at no extra cost. We wash all toys and water dishes and disinfect human-handled surfaces and seating between each visit. Your health and your dog's health matter to us! Have fun, and remember to 📸 Tag us in your Instagram posts! @happyhoundssniffspot

HOST NOTE

Our resident dog will sometimes hunt and leave his prey in the tall grass, but we are hyper aware of this and will make sure to remove any carcasses. Please also note that indigenous vegetation is present in the yard, and some of it may be toxic to dogs if consumed. Please ensure your dog does not eat any vegetation. Guests assume all risks involved therein. Thank you!

Making many "Happy Hounds" is our goal! We were inspired to open a Sniffspot by our resident dog Bear, who is highly reactive but LOVES to run off leash. We wanted our yard to be a safe haven for him and other dogs, too! We are always available to answer questions! Please don't hesitate to reach out. Cheers!

90 minute time slot. We have an open 70 acres surrounding a private pond with a trail thru the fields and woods around nature. The time allotment is 90 minutes only. We ask that our guests park by the barn and go straight to the lake then to the left around the lake. Trails are marked. It is about a 1 mile trail or more. trails are not plowed open in the winter but are perfect for snow shoeing, hiking an fat tire bikes in the snow on the trails or perfect spring to fall on the maintained trails.
