Our property offers a peaceful and scenic escape for you and your pup. The grassy waterway features a small creek, perfect for dogs who love to splash or explore. Walking trails are thoughtfully cut through the grass for easy navigation, and there’s a small open area ideal for a game of fetch. For those looking for even more adventure, guests are welcome to roam the 70+ acres of open farm fields to the south. Whether your dog loves to run, sniff, or stroll, there's plenty of space to enjoy!

- Please note that the area is completely unfenced, so dogs must have reliable recall for their safety. - The barnyard area is strictly off-limits due to potential safety hazards for both dogs and people. - Feel free to explore the fields to the north as well as the designated trail areas. - We have outdoor cats on the property, though they are rarely seen. If your dog isn’t good with cats, please monitor them closely to ensure everyone's safety.

If you come during darkness please message us by 7pm so we can leave lights on for you and we have WiFi access upon request! 😊 You can also head out and explore the lovely boutiques, antiques and dog friendly patios of downtown Brighton or take a nature hike in Proctor Park (must be on a leash) 1 minute walk away! Got a sandy pooch from the beach? No worries! We have a hose with a shower head and sprinkler attachments to rinse off with! Towels are provided with notice. Parking is available for 2 guest cars parked behind ours in the driveway or free parking is available all around the downtown portion of Brighton which is a 5 min walk away!
