This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Two swimmable ponds area & fully fenced area in Singleton

This is a package of two different areas in the same property. The first one is fully fenced, 2 acres. Only includes cut grass and shaded areas, plus a small place to sit with your doggos. Second area is not fenced and includes two ponds that your dogs can go into, about 2 acres as well. There is tall and short grass there. Pricing is for access to both on the same day.
