Welcome to your dog’s new favorite adventure spot! This serene 3-acre property offers plenty of space for sniffing, exploring, and relaxing—all with stunning views of Longs Peak as the backdrop. Your pup will love trotting along the private 1/4-mile walking path that loops around the property, perfect for a peaceful stroll or a zoomie session. With open grassy areas and native vegetation to investigate, there's plenty to engage your dog's senses. Whether you're looking to let your dog run freely or enjoy a quiet walk with majestic mountain views, this spot offers the perfect mix of open space and scenic beauty. It’s ideal for reactive dogs, active pups, or anyone just looking to escape to nature for a bit. Come enjoy the fresh air, mountain views, and the kind of off-leash freedom your dog dreams about! fresh water and a shade tent is always supplied for your pup :) Please note that through August and September, you may want to wear longer length clothing or bring bug spray because there may be mosquitoes. 🦟 You’ll see the entrance is marked by a Sniffspot sign. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Longs and Meeker Peaks while your dog runs like it was meant to do. The entire property is 10 acres and the sniffspot area is 6.5 acres. Also have a smaller enclosure that can be used for training, new dog intros, dog birthday parties. Please send us a message if you are interested in booking for longer than the typical 1 hour. You may see us working in our lavender fields while you are here. Feel free to bring a beverage and a picnic blanket and watch the sunset behind the mountains (book the last slot of the day to watch the sunset).

18 acre ranch with beautiful landscape, views of horses and occasionally wildlife depending on time of day and 10 acres fully fenced for sniffspot reservations. You are welcome to pet the horses but do not feed. Please do not allow your dogs to growl or charge the horses (even though they are behind fences). All the horses are calm and easy around dogs, which we need it to stay that way. We have a fully fenced area roughly 10 acres with mowed paths for walking. You are welcome to walk thru the field if desired. There are random balls and toys in the field for use, water is available and if we are home during your visit should the restroom be needed we will honor use of that. Most days there is a bin with free dog food and/or treat samples. You are welcome to bring agility or equipment and toys each visit if desired or practice nosework. We are also open to hosting groups, such as agility, nosework or trainers who need a large outdoor space that is fully fenced. Off street parking and can accommodate large vehicles. Small dogs are welcome, do note the fencing is graduated so depending on size of dog, some real tiny ones who are escape artists may not be the best fit. Thank you for considering spending time and enjoying our property as much as we do.
