1. Please throw dog waste over the fence in the bushes on the right side of the property. 2. Keep dogs out of the chicken pin. 3. When not in the fence please keep your dog on a leash

| Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived. | |

As well as an in-ground 12 foot trampoline and full size hammock available for use. I just ask for guests to keep dogs off trampoline. Yard is on a hill. After dark, we also have lighting around the entire fence for visibility. No other dogs can be seen. But our neighbor has a small dog that may bark occasionally. That dog is always kept in a small pen, so the dog cannot get even close to our fence. Upon upon request, back door blinds can be drawn for complete privacy. Very quiet neighborhood. Fulled wooded area behind fence. Will consider any other accommodations upon request and will fulfill if I am able.
