RULES OF USE The dog park is unsupervised. use at your own risk. The City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation assumes no liability for injuries in this non-supervisted facility. (Indiana Code 34-13-3-3). Dog owners are responsible for their own dogs. owners are expected to pick up their dog’s waste and to comply with all ordinances, regulations, and laws governing dogs. Maximum two dogs per individual. Dogs must be leashed while entering and exiting the park. Do not leave dogs unattended. Owners must remain in control and in sight of their dogs at all times. Dogs must be spayed or neutered, and up to date on all vaccinations. Owners must fill in holes their dogs dig.

**if you are interested in buying “farm” fresh chicken eggs please shoot me a message to check availability. $5/dozen** Enjoy a fully fenced spot (4 foot wire mesh livestock style fencing), run through mowed grass, NEW tall natural meadow (we are “rewilding” a portion of our yard to native plants), two short wooded trails and access to a large pond with dock. Dogs are welcome to swim—bring towels and be prepared for some mud if it’s been raining or you have a pond monster doggy. Woods have wonderful smells, my dogs sometimes find delightful things to roll in. A hose is available for use on warm days. We do have chickens on site and ask you not allow your dog to harass them as you enter and leave (chickens are in a separate fenced area and in a coop/run). My dogs will be in the house—some barking may happen on your arrival but they will not be loose. Wildlife may be encountered (deer, squirrels, crawfish, muskrats, many birds and snapping turtles). **Note: I didn’t want to claim the site as accessible as it is grass and some uneven ground, but feel free to reach out if you need an accommodation to access the spot and we can discuss what is possible** We welcome all.
