Half acre fenced in with gazebo chairs table. Filled kiddie pool on request.. it’s pretty private and serene. There is a playground, sandbox, swing in the tree and plenty of toys. Porch swing is under deck water bowls are by the hose. Feel free to fill them up if they are empty. We usually have everything ready. We made this spot in honor of Lola, a 2 year old American bulldog. She was so aggressive we loved her and tried everything, we failed. This is a safe spot!! We just added an extra dog bath feature. Fully fenced in back and side yard with a brand new 6 foot privacy fence. There are three gates for easy access. A back patio with chairs, and you are welcome to the upper deck, as well. I will provide plenty of balls and dog toys. I will have a pooper scooper and dog disposal bags available. Plenty of shade and sun with many places to sit and relax. Feel free to use the hose and give your dog a bath! I will have shampoo outside by the hose, but I will not provide towels so you will need to bring those. I work at a local shelter and i started this spot to help our shelter dogs who need a break from the shelter, have a place to go enjoy time with their humans besties or dogs who don’t have yards and/or can’t enjoy public dog parks. 2 people per dog max. There is plenty of parking. Our fenced yard is about 2 acre. There is also a chicken run fenced separately where your dog can check out some chickens. The entrance to the yard is a gate between the house and garage. Please replace the carribeaner when you leave. And have fun!

Enjoy a fully fenced spot (4 foot wire mesh livestock style fencing), run through mowed grass, NEW tall natural meadow (we are “rewilding” a portion of our yard to native plants), two short wooded trails and access to a large pond with dock. Dogs are welcome to swim—bring towels and be prepared for some mud if it’s been raining or you have a pond monster doggy. Woods have wonderful smells, my dogs sometimes find delightful things to roll in. A hose is available for use on warm days. We do have chickens on site and ask you not allow your dog to harass them as you enter and leave (chickens are in a separate fenced area and in a coop/run). My dogs will be in the house—some barking may happen on your arrival but they will not be loose. Our property is a mix of 2 open pastures, and trails through the woods. There is a smaller totally fenced in area (former goat enclosure) that’s great for working on recall and scent work. We have 2 houses with yards at the address. Simply follow the driveway past the yards to the Spot behind. When you see the white barn, you’re there! Feel free to roam and play. Off leash is fine as long as your friend has good recall. Our dogs have their own fenced yards up at the houses. Our property borders a riding stable on one side, so you may see horses and riders. On the other side of the property is a shooting range (about a mile away) so if your pooch is gun shy be aware you could hear shots.
