The yard is mowed and kept as clean as possible. However due to lots of large tress there are sometimes small limbs around the grounds.

Located on little to no traffic dirt road about 10 minutes from Carencro. Fully fenced. We have a total of 3 acres but are offering our front pasture which is about an acre (it is separate and fenced off from the back) because we have a few ducks and a cat in the back. There is a small swamp like area in the corner that has a stream of water after it has recently rained. Two cypress trees make great shade and a great spot to set up a hammock.
