Description

Newly installed fully fenced in area approximately 2600 ft. Does have a small Hill in one spot. We do treat the lawn with a dog friendly pesticide company because there are so many mosquitoes here. So basically our backyard doesn't have many mosquitoes at all. There is access to water and we have a splash pad available. It's a nice area to come and let your dogs just run and play. There are some spots in the fence that are not all the way to the ground so if you have a very little dog it may not be ideal. There are toys in the toybox. We have one designated parking spot that's off the road at the end of the driveway.

Please clean up after your dog. I will provide dog bags for that. And please don't allow your dog to dig. There are some low spots near the back of the yard so be mindful if you are walking there.

This yard is great for dogs. Its fully fenced and semi private. My neighbors seldom not have dogs so you will not see other dogs but may hear other dogs. I have dog bed as well as a lounger that my dog uses more than I do. I have a brand new patio as well as table and chairs. There is an outlet mid yard but the power is not connected and is fully visible.

We bought our house largely because of its spacious backyard, and built the fence for our reactive and very playful/active fur baby. It has been worth every $ and labor hour spent to see him enjoy it. THANK YOU for booking with us as it has allowed us to donate over $2K dollars to non profit shelter organizations to date!
