Description

Beautiful drive to a fully fenced parking area so your pal can go off lease straight from your car (after you close gate)! Then enter the 1 acre Rover Romp 4' tall fenced area complete w / commercial playground w slides and ramps, add shaded Gazebo w/ cold drinks & snacks, a fire hydrant splash pad w/ sprinkler, and wood for firepit. Sit & watch ducks play or feed them in adjacent fenced pond (not for use) and admire the tranquility of nature! Fishing permitted in open pond w / well controlled dogs on leash for added fee

Drive up driveway & turn left onto gravel road lined with wooden beds. Go to Gate 1 & go through to park rear of building. Close gate BEFORE letting dog loose. Parking area & Rover Romp Area is fenced for your & other's protections. PARKING area is for parking only. Go through 2nd gate to fenced rover romp & enjoy! TURN on spigot for splash pad. And turn off when not in use. 4' fence & may be slightly lower in some spots. If your dog can jump 4' fencing - keep on leash. All plants & flowers are non toxic if ingested in small quanities. Ducks swim in pond on opposite side fir viewing or training. No people or pets in duck pond area (separately fenced)

5 foot chain link fence surrounds the property that includes plenty of trees that provide shade as well as sunny spots. There is a small hill that provides perfect exercise for the active pups as well as flat area for the older pups. There is a large patio with chairs that overlook the yard for you to relax on while yours dogs are exploring the yard. I have dog toys, bubble machine, water bowl, hose, trash can, pooper scooper with bags for your convenience. Please message me with any questions. I have fall decorations set up on the patio so you can take cute seasonal photos of your pet. When the fall season will be in full swing I will also have a huge leaf pile for dogs to jump into. Any suggestions to make your stay even more enjoyable are appreciated.
