The Bryan Pup Oasis is a beautiful setting for pups and their humans. Each pup is allowed to bring two human guests. Each additional human guest will be charged $5/hour.

Pool Heating/Jacuzzi Heating$20
Generally, dogs don’t care about water temperature but their humans do:) If you would like the water heated during the cooler months, we are happy to warm the pool and/jacuzzi up for you.

PLEASE NOTE there is a 2 person limit per dog. Additional people will be charged $5/hr. This fee is listed under the “EXTRAS” section when booking. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. Will accept short notice bookings depending on host availability.

Jolie and Tyler's Fully Fenced Yard To Rent In Bryan
This is a secure, welcoming space designed to give both dogs and owners a fun, comfortable visit. Our yard is flat with a big tree to shade some of the yard, but still leaving a lot of room for your pup to sun bathe and play. On side of our fence is chain linked so pets can easily see into the other yards but is secure. The neighbor to our right does have dogs who may bark some, but there is a normal wooden fence and a chain link fence, so they will not be visible. For humans, we will provide a couple lawn chairs so you can relax. If you need any water or a restroom just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.

Doggy Oasis w/Pool In College Station
100% of our Sniffspot income goes towards the vet bills for our medical foster Siberian Huskies. **One human per dog is allowed in the pool while assisting their dog and are not to be in the pool if their dog is not in the pool. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. Complimentary snacks, coffee & hot chocolate available at the coffee bar and cold drinks in the refrigerator. Second area is not fenced and includes two ponds that your dogs can go into, about 2 acres as well. There is tall and short grass there. Pricing is for access to both on the same day.
