Description

Nearly 4 ac. with large, shared, accessible pond , swimming pool with platform to lay in, wooded areas to explore and room to run. Fully fenced back yard and partially fenced side yard and perimeter. Pond and creek on one side.

Hazards

Watch for stumps and uneven ground. Use caution if using the pond. During hot summer months, standing water can produce blue-green algae that is toxic to dogs. This has an appearance of a coating of paint floating on the water, unlike green, filamentous algae, which is green and stringy in texture.

Big and small dogs welcome! Please clean up after your fur babies. Our property ends at the burn pile behind the fence in yard. Please ensure you stay on our property. There are plenty of shallow areas for the dogs to swim in the pond. During summer months, if there is an algae bloom, do not use the pond for your pets' safety. You're welcome to use the hose on the front of the garage to rinse your pups off.

Doggy Oasis w/Pool In College Station

100% of our Sniffspot income goes towards the vet bills for our medical foster Siberian Huskies. **One human per dog is allowed in the pool while assisting their dog and are not to be in the pool if their dog is not in the pool. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. Complimentary snacks, coffee & hot chocolate available at the coffee bar and cold drinks in the refrigerator.
