Description

Close in town, but yet country setting on dead end road, 15 acres total, dog park is at front entrance on left. We started a smaller one several years ago, but then decided to wait and build a 6ft fence dog park in front and just finished it Sept 21, 2024! Still adding amenities! Will be open 24 hours after lighting is installed, hopefully soon! I only have 1 neighbor w 2 dogs about 1 acre away which they are not out for long, tjere is also a small cabinet shop up front which can be loud sometimes or you may see a person or two. There is a train track but no horn, 2 acre park is at front of my 15 acres. I am here 98 percent of the time, I have a horse, 2 donkeys, 3 cats and 2 dogs. My dogs are kept in the house while park is in use, and you may hear them barking, doing their job. Cats are free roaming but usually stay behind house in barn area or on my back porch. We welcome suggestions as well, as everyone may want different things. Occasionally you will see Deer, Owls, Hawks, Buzzards and my horses and donkeys can sometimes be seen but are several acres away. We have several dumpsters that get rented out and you may see them go up and down the driveway when rented. There are some potholes because of this so be careful when coming in. There may also be fire ant hills when it rains along with a large puddle in one corner if it rains alot. I think that covers it!

Additional rules

Poop scoop before leaving, bags provided, discard any trash in container supplied. Do not unleash your dog until inside dog park, as I have livestock. There are hooks for leashes next to gate. Park by gates in area where there is landscape poles, water spout with hose is in front of parking area. Also a electric plug on telephone pole by parking. Sometimes after a good rain fire ant mounds form so be aware of them. After alot of rain one corner gets a large puddle. Also be aware there is a train track nearby, hawks, falcons, cranes flying around. There is a cabinet shop at front can be noisy at times and see a couple people but rarely. Also I have horses, donkeys and outside barn cats. This place is kinda country so you can also hear gunshots, fireworks and livestock. Any question please contact me!

I have lived in Burleson for 20 years, I love animals, I have a arabian horse, 2 donkeys, along with my Blue Heeler and my Standard Poodle. Open now, but offically Opening October 1st, 2024, will be adding more amenities soon!
