Description

Well shaded, private, large, beautiful yard that is full of dog toys with available water, in a great central location for you and your dogs to enjoy! No dogs allowed on back deck, please. Close and latch gate when you leave. Water is found in small separate gravel area. Please be sure spigot on house is fully turned off once bowls are full. No destructive behavior like digging or climbing the fence allowed. Have a blast!

Look behind the garage. There is a small wall that no one has paid attention to, but a really athletic dog could use it to get over the fence if they really wanted to.

Hello! I am Joy and I have come across so many people who have grown tired of the unpredictability of dog parks, myself included. Lower property offers lake views and animal access from shore (people are not allowed to wade). 5+ acres are mowed, and an additional 2+ acres of trails and foot paths. Quiet and serene location far from roadways or neighbors. Let your dog run leash free or bring your GPS, wireless electric fencing system with you, and relax while your dog roams and discovers. We are animal friendly, but dogs will be inside or gone, and cats will either be inside or find trees while your pet enjoys the space. We do have a pool that is not dog friendly.
