A private secluded sanctuary where you might see some deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds, fish and maybe even some other wildlife depending on what time you come to visit. 3 acres of private farmland! Fenced all the way around! Great water views as you can see from drone pics. Front part of property is a wedding venue, very picturesque! No children under 10 allowed. This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. Sorry. Private off road parking for 1-10 vehicles. Half Acre rectangle, fully fenced with cattle fence and wood fenced mixed, both wired so smaller dogs can't get through. Water tank and hose available. Poop bags provided. Chairs and a picnic table for mom and dad to hang while pups play. Barrels to jump over and doggie jumps provided, see pictures. Horses and donkeys on the property that are friendly share a small fence line but are fully separated from dog area and usually not near that fence.

Our property borders the Timucuan Preserve. Over an acre of fenced yard. There is a water bowl with access to fresh water near the gate entrance (simply turn the water hose on by moving the black lever). There are balls in the yard to play with and a Chuck-It launcher to play fetch. A garbage pail is on the deck. Feel free to sit on the deck or swing, throw balls to your dog, and run in the yard!
