Note: Jan 6th and 7th we are closed 8a-1:30p for landscaping updates. This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available! Pool, lanai, and WiFi available as an extra. 🕒 Open Daily 6AM to 8PM. 💧 Amenities * Two hoses for bathing. * Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. It is rare to find fire ants on the property. The pond is maintained by a local pond company. Depending on the time of year, the water level and number of Lilly pads (and other vegetation) in the pond changes. The pond water is lowest December-February.

Fresh, filtered water is available on-site for people and pets, and there’s a hose if your dog needs a rinse or cool-down. On warm days, we offer a small baby splash pool so dogs can cool off and play. We also keep a container full of toys—balls, ropes, and other fun options—available for you to use during your visit. You may notice we also have chickens on the property. They are fully contained and secure, as shown in the photos—so they can be safely enjoyed from a distance without interaction. As we continue developing the space, we plan to add more enrichment features, including an obstacle course in the near future. We’re so glad you’re here and can’t wait to host you and your dog! 🐶✨
