We feel the heavy machinery, large crews and power tools would not be conducive to a comfortable experience. Planning to open end of summer. Welcome to Southview House in the Trent River Estates! Let your doggo run completely free in our half acre fully fenced, natural grounds on a 1.25 acre modern, eco homestead in rural Royston. We use no pesticides, sprays or fertilizers as our lawn is wild and bee and butterfly friendly. Bunnies, raccoons and local kitties (sometimes bears and cougars) roam at night so there will be lots to smell! Large trees for shade and sniffing around in, rugged romping areas, fresh filtered drinking water, small toys (ball, frisbee etc.), digging area, clean up bags and waste basket, doggy rinse area, and of course all natural treats! We often have eagles flying overhead with song birds and even blue herons. There is seating in the shade or sun for humans and private gated entrance at the side of the house with parking. Perfect for: Doggy Birthday parties Human and doggy get togethers Quiet time alone with the furbabies The doggo that loves to run! The shy doggo that needs to feel safe Doggy training and obedience classes Doggy snow days - if you’re able to brave the weather your doggo is in for a treat!
