The yard is fully fenced with a 4-foot, see-through fence, offering open sightlines and a more natural, spacious feel. There may be occasional visual exposure to neighbors or dogs passing by, but the space remains private and secure.

Sniffspot Rules * All dogs must be up to date on core vaccinations (DHPP/DAPP and Rabies). Proof of vaccination is required and may be requested prior to your visit. * Dogs must be in good health and free from contagious illness. * No food is permitted on the property for guests. A non-alcoholic drink is welcome. * Dog training treats are allowed. Please pick up any dropped treats. * Dogs must be supervised at all times. * Please ensure all gates are fully closed and secured when entering and exiting. * Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste properly in our garbage can. * Please arrive and depart within your booked time. * Please respect the property, fencing, and surrounding area. * Guests may not leave the designated Sniffspot area at any time. Please do not open or pass through any gates other than the designated entry/exit gate provided for your booking. * No smoking of any kind is permitted on the property. * No alcohol permitted on the property * Use of the SniffSpot is at your own risk. Please note the core DHPP vaccine may appear under different names on veterinary records, including DHPP, DAPP, DA2PP, DA2PPV, or DHPPV, and records showing coverage for distemper, adenovirus (or hepatitis), parvovirus, and parainfluenza are acceptable.
