Now offering more extras to enhance your visits! **Please keep in mind for everyone’s safety, we share two fence lines with neighboring dogs. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! Above all, it is a safe and secure place for your beloved dogs. Newly added pergola, furniture and fire pit. Come and stay a while! The deck and pergola will be lit up for your evening visits We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. HOURS: out of respect for our neighbors, we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6:30 am.

Private 3 acre parked setting with walking trails to rest n recoup and plan your next dog friendly adventure in and around Mathews! Green Acres is a Dog Friendly Air BnB. Cleopatra our K-9 Off Leash Trained Therapy Dog manages the grounds with her humans. Enjoy the relationship with our Earth around us that Cleo enjoys ♥️ We are nearby Mathews Courthouse, local beaches, and plenty of waterways to sail, paddle, swim, or cruise! Come play … you might just want to stay!

The Farm

Large open grassy horse pasture (no horses will be in it at time of visiting). Fenced with "no climb" wire from the ground to about 4' Large 10'x24' open run-in shed provides shade. Water spicket conveniently located near gate.

WELCOME TO WISEACRE NORFOLK! It’s our one-year anniversary on Sniffspot! Two private landscaped acres for your babies to run, swim and play. Enjoy seating on the terrace, in one of our Adirondack chairs or bring a blanket and enjoy tranquil views of Lake Whitehurst and Norfolk Botanical Garden, while watching planes take off from Norfolk Airport. If your dogs are into water sports, you've found the right place: There is a sloping bulkhead that eases into the water, 2-3 feet deep at the edge. PLEASE NOTE: Humans are not allowed in the lake, per Norfolk regs. The picturesque Wiseacre Estate has been an Airbnb for 10+ years, and now is also a private, peaceful retreat for your beloved doggies. * Hose and water bowl on-premises. Please park to the side of the garage and make your way around the left of the house to backyard. Kindly bring poop bags and pick up after your dog(s) (trashcans on red patio). Thank you and ENJOY! Trixie's Treasure: Fully fenced yard with lots to sniff

Our fully fenced .3 acre backyard is a great spot to spend some quality outdoor time with your dog(s)! ALL are welcome as long as they can follow the safety rules. We love all breeds and do not discriminate! We are a rescue dog family, having been saved by our previous dog, Trixie! She lived to the amazing age of 20 and crossed the rainbow bridge at comfortably at home in March of 2024. Lola now resides with us, a Greyhound/German Shepherd mix who was found on the interstate. She's quirky, anxious and weird so you probably won’t meet her, but we adore her. Please enjoy our yard as much as we do, and keep coming back!

Welcome to our spacious, fully fenced yard – the perfect place for your pup to run, sniff, and explore! You’ll find easy street parking nearby – feel free to park in any available spot. Entry to the yard is through the gated door on the right side of the house, clearly marked with a Sniffspot sign. Our yard offers plenty of spaces for dogs of all sizes to roam freely and safely. Whether your dog loves to zoom, sniff every corner, or just relax in the sun, this is the spot! 🏃‍♂️🐕 We’ve also added some fun dog agility equipment, including hoop jumps and weave poles – great for active pups or training practice. For pet parents, there’s a cozy outdoor couch where you can kick back and unwind while your dog plays. We’ve stocked a black storage box with all the essentials: 🐾 Treats 💩 Poop bags 💧 Water bowls (small and large) 🎾 Dog toys 🗑️ Trash can and 💦 water source are located to the left of the steps. • To turn on the water, twist the handle counterclockwise, and turn clockwise to shut it off. • To get the water flowing, just pull the trigger foward on the nozzle.
