Sniffspot Etiquette: Keep dogs leashed upon entering and leaving. Please pick up all trash and waste. No tobacco or vape products during your visit. Children: All children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Parents/Guardians are liable for any damage caused by children. Doggie Playdates: As the Sniffspot guest and community member, it is your responsibility to convey all of the rules to your guests and you are liable for their actions. Welcome to our fenced-in Church Hill yard—a great spot for dogs to run, play, and relax! The grassy area is about 500+ square feet and gets lots of sunshine, with a small paved section that has a grill, table, and some toddler toys. The yard is fully enclosed with latched gates at the front and back for added security. We don’t have a dog ourselves, so this is a neutral space for pups of all personalities. While we’re just getting started, we plan to add more amenities soon! Please bring what you need. The yard is in a quieter area, just off a main road, and while it’s mostly sunny, there are some shaded spots. A quick request: Please don’t allow the dogs to play with the children’s toys (they are mostly tucked away). Other than that, we hope you and your pup enjoy the space. Our 11 acre farm is 1/3 mile down an easement off of a quiet road. We have about 2 acres fenced in as a yard for the pups, and also to keep the cows in their pastures. Entrance to the yard is through a gate next to the driveway near the garage. Appointments only please so that we confirm and can put our friendly pups away - unless you would like playtime, and we are sure the dogs get along. We ask that only fully vaccinated and healthy dogs (not recovering or suffering from a transmittable illness) visit our property, as it’s our home.

An acre of fully fenced in yard, an additional acre of open field (fenced on 2 sides only) with large trees, and a shallow river access that’s great for swimming and playing! I use it for dog sports such as Toss and Fetch (disc). It is ideal for throwing a ball, a disc, or just letting your dog run. There is a shed in this area that has chairs, toys, etc. for guests. Clean up also not required. Driving Instructions: When going up drive way stay to right. Continue towards barn. Look for red metal gate. Stop and park at red gate. Please do not drive past gate. Walk through gate. Go any firection from there. But... For most direct trail to creek walk to end of riding arena. On far side of arena there is a double gate. Trail is just past this gate. Follow this trail into woods. Creek is at bottom of hill. Once at creek multiple trails intersect near creek. There is also a trail on other side of creek that will weave back around. Trails are somewhat rugged. Watch for fallen debris from trees, ruts in ground caused by flooding, exposed roots are trip hazards. Watch your step.
