This yard has always been a special place for our family. Our dog loved racing through the grass here, full of energy and joy. After saying goodbye, my wife and I wanted to open the space to other dogs so they could enjoy it just as much as he did. Our large, fully fenced yard offers plenty of room to run, sniff, and explore safely. The 7-foot wooden fence keeps everything secure, perfect for off-leash play or reactive pups who need a little extra space. The yard features lush grass with mulch beds beneath mature trees, giving your dog both open sunshine and cool shade to enjoy. There’s a seating area with table and chairs, balls for playtime, and access to a hose and electrical outlet for your convenience. Off-street parking makes arrival easy and stress-free. Set in a quiet suburban neighborhood, just a short drive from Alexandria, Arlington and Washington DC. This is a peaceful spot to unwind, train, be off-leash and let your dog be a dog. We hope your pup feels right at home here. In the fall the yard gets covered in leaves. I do my best to keep them tidy, but they seem to have their own plans. Our dog used to love racing through the piles, and most pups enjoy the extra smells and crunch — hopefully yours does too.

Private 1/3 Acre Fenced Yard in Quiet Neighborhood

Bring your dogs! This is a 1/3 acres, fully fenced in yard, in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of seating in the yard and on the patio. No hassle to find parking, park right in front of my house. As well as easy access through the fence right on the side of the house.

Fifty unspoiled acres with both field and woods complete with waterfall. This site offers rolling hills, forest and year around creek. There is an outhouse, fire pits and an off grid campsite (available upon request).

Willow Tree Yard

Let your dog run free in our backyard that has a wooden privacy fence. They can also play or lounge under the shade of our large weeping willow tree. The lower deck has 3 lawn chairs, and the upper deck (accessible via stairs in the backyard) has 2 rocking chairs and a picnic table with 4 chairs. Use of shed in backyard is not an option (it will be locked). There is easy free street parking in our cul-de-sac. If your dog (or child) wants to use the toddler slide, feel free to pull it out onto the grass. If you would like me to make the box of children's toys available during your visit (for no extra charge), please select that option in the Extras section of your reservation. Note 1: When walking between your vehicle and the gate to our backyard, there may sometimes be other people or dogs on the street/sidewalk or in their front yards. Or there may sometimes be someone from our household leaving or arriving home (which involves walking between the front door and a car in our driveway). So please keep your dog on leash until you are inside the backyard with the gate closed (per standard SniffSpot rules). Note 2: As of November 14, our outdoor water faucets have been winterized to prevent frozen pipes. So, one free bottle of water will be provided per reservation. We will turn the faucets back on in the Spring. We bought this house mostly for our dogs because I mean, look at that yard! Our boys love it and now we'd love to share it with you. Our home is tucked right off Fort Ave in a very quiet neighborhood. When you come over, you'll park right in front of the gate to enter into the backyard. The gate will be propped open for you and you'll need to pull it shut when you leave. When you come, our dogs will be in our basement with no access to seeing the backyard, as to not to trigger ours or yours, but you may be able to hear some barking occasionally. Further, we have lots of squirrels in our yard and the occasional cat that hangs out in our driveway. There are two chairs outside, a hammock, kids toys, and dog toys. There will always be access to water for your pup and we'll provide bags and treats. We will be around, but will not interfere with your visit - we know some pups just need their space and privacy and we will honor that. Please let us know if you have any questions!
