Welcome to Pondview Paws — a fully fenced, 2-acre backyard designed for off-leash fun and relaxation. Features include: • 🐾 Large Open Yard – Plenty of room for running, fetch, and playtime • 🌲 Wooded Area – Shady spots for exploring and sniffing. Burrs are present throughout the wooded area and may require grooming or brushing if your dog ventures there. • 💦 ½ Acre Pond with Dock – Perfect for swimming or lounging by the water • 🔒 Fully Fenced – Safe, secure, and worry-free play This was our dog’s favorite place in the world — now it’s ready for your pup to make their own happy memories! What to Expect / Rules • 🐾 Supervision Required – Please keep an eye on your pup(s) at all times. • 💦 Swimming – Dogs are welcome to enjoy the pond! Bring a towel if your pup likes to swim. • 🧹 Clean Up – Kindly pick up after your dog(s) to keep the yard safe and clean. • 🔒 Fenced Safety – Gates must be properly closed when entering and leaving. Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m a lifelong dog lover opening up my yard in memory of our sweet 13-year-old pup who recently crossed the rainbow bridge. She spent countless joyful days here running, playing, and swimming. This was her happy place. Now, I’d love for other furry friends to enjoy the same freedom, fun, and love she did.

My back yard has a gated entrance that is secured on the inside for the safety of your pet while in the spot! Fully fenced, with some opps for sniffing other dogs through the fence. There is a chance for occasionally seeing other people and dogs but not in close contact. My pup and I will be inside, but he will probably greet you with barking. It’s a great backyard with a good space for your pup to get some off leash time. Upon request there is a puppy pool that can be put out for your pup! Seating and a table for pup parents that the majority of the day is shaded but midafternoon there is strong sun till sunset. There willl be an umbrella and stand if you would like to use that for shade. The yard is sunny most of the day. I will request picking up after your pet there is a chance there could be some piles from my own dog but I do have a service that does a weekly (Tuesday)pick up there will be a 5 gallon bucket for waste disposal, I do have a scooper that has bag clips I would ask that all poos are bagged before disposal please. If you have a high energy dog I highly recommend sitting at the top of the stairs and throwing a ball to the back corner of the yard! Wears out every Aussie I know!
