Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures. It’s off-leash friendly with plenty of room to run, sniff, play fetch, or just roll around in the sun. There’s no other dogs on site during your booking, so your dog gets the whole space to themselves. Water bowls, shade, and waste bags provided. Perfect for high-energy dogs, reactive pups, or anyone who just wants a safe, private adventure.

Fully Fenced Yard Ideal for Dogs and Kids! Mechanicsville

From a gate at the driveway, walk up a small hill to access a large space for playing! To the right there is a covered porch with swings, tables, chairs, an outlet, and a basket of extras for guests. There is a children’s swing set, playhouse, sandbox, soccer goal, and slide available to play with. Additional seating for the yard is available to set up if you’d like! We love our backyard and hope you enjoy it too! Smoking cigarettes is allowed on the porch, but please use the provided ash tray.
